PETG Economy is Colorfabb's proposal for those users looking for a reliable quality material available in large format rolls. A specific type of PETG is selected for this material which offers great quality at reasonable cost. 3 popular colors have been selected for this range.

It is the perfect material for users who work with large quantities of material, who need reliability and constant performance.

Tips & Tricks

• Suggested printing temperature: 235-255°C
• Suggested print speed: 30 - 50mm/s
• Suggested printing bed temperature: 70-80°C

Print plan

The PETG Economy filament is printed on heated surfaces at 70-80°C to obtain good adhesion to the glass surface.
It is also possible to use fixing agents in order to keep the first layer adhered to the top.

Cooling down

We recommend a fan cooling set at 75/100% for a better aesthetic result. This offers the best performance in case of protrusions or small details. For best mechanical performance try printing with the minimum amount of cooling required for optimal layer adhesion.
