DSM's range of Flexible 3D Printing Filaments includes 2 different filament types.

DSM's Arnitel® ID 2045 filament is a highly flexible TPC (thermoplastic copolyester) that can be used in a wide range of applications, from sports mouthguards to electronics.
DSM's Arnitel® ID 2045 filament is an ECO label filament made with 50% bio-based raw materials that passes USP class IV, ISO 10993-10 Intracutaneous Irritation / Reactivity and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity tests.

Increase the speed of your 3D printing production. Arnitel® ID 2045 from DSM loads onto the machine and prints twice as fast as other TPCs. It combines this quick and easy printing with high performance characteristics enabled by excellent inter-layer adhesion due to its slower crystallization behavior.
It is a flexible polymer with excellent resistance to UV rays and chemicals compared to other flexible polymers such as TPU (thermoplastic urethane).

DSM's Arnitel® ID 2060-HT filament offers a unique blend of extreme flexibility, high temperature resistance and toughness, making it suitable for high performance applications such as automotive fuel management components. DSM's Arnitel® ID 2060-HT filament is a highly flexible material for applications that need to withstand UV rays or chemicals or withstand long term high temperatures of 175 ° C (1000 hours) or 190 ° C (500 hours ).

DSM's soft and flexible Arnitel® ID 2060-HT filament combines easy printing with high performance characteristics enabled by excellent inter-layer adhesion due to its slower crystallization behavior. This filament is 100% recyclable and represents a better alternative for the planet.
