The CR-10-S5 is a further development of the CR-10 and features an LCD screen and SD card reader for easier operation. It is also compatible with Cura, Simplify3D and Repetier Host software.
The standard nozzle size is 0.4mm. The 3D printer comes semi-assembled. All that remains is to assemble the frame and some cables, with no soldering required.
There are two motors and two threaded rods on the Z-axis, providing greater stability in operation. The two threaded rods make the printer more stable, which allows printing of models with very high heights.
CR-10-S5 features an end-of-filament sensor, which detects when the printer runs out of filament. The sensor sends an alarm and the printer stops, after replacing the filament the printer continues printing.
