XT

ColorFabb_XT is a durable material perfect for applications requiring good mechanical performance and chemical stability. At the heart of colorFabb_XT is Eastman Amphora ™ AM1800 3D polymer, which is nearly odorless, styrene-free and BPA-free. The formulation was created specifically for 3D printing applications.

With colorFabb_XT, you can create items that are more functional, more durable, more efficient, and aesthetically appealing. AM1800 complies with certain FDA food contact regulations.

Tips & Tricks

• Suggested Print Temperature: 240-260°C
• Suggested printing speed: 40-70 mm/s
• Suggested Platen Temperature: 60-70°C

Print bed

For optimal performance, we recommend printing colorFabb_XT on a printing table heated to 60/70°C. After printing, the platen should cool down to about 20-30°C. You can then remove the printed part.

Cooling

Excessive cooling will create fragile parts with poor adhesion between layer and layer. Therefore we recommend starting with 50% cooling. It is always best to print with the minimum amount of cooling to get the best adhesion between layers.
