What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. The extruder unit is the heart of a filament 3D printer (FDM). In fact, it is the part of the machine that melts the filament and deposits it on the print bed. An extruder assembly consists of the following components:

Extruder: the actual extruder, responsible for how much and how fast the 3D printer pushes the filament into thehotend.
Hot end is the component of a 3D printer that melts the filament for extrusion and maintains a consistent and accurate temperature to ensure print quality. A hotend that reaches higher temperatures means that a wider range of materials can be printed, such as nylon 3D printing filament, polycarbonate 3D printing filament, or PEEK.
Nozzle: Also called a nozzle, this is the component of a 3D printer that deposits molten filament into the printing area. There are many types of 3D printer nozzles available, each with its own strengths.
