What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Just enter the store product code (reference - SKU), title, variant and quantity required. Click on "add to cart" and you will be ready to complete the purchase.

AprintaPro's Nozzle Cleaningfilament is a filament that allows for easy removal of residue in the hot end, thus improving print quality.

In fact, the nozzles of your FDM 3D printer can get clogged on several occasions. With this cleaning thread you can get a clean nozzle in minutes.

A cold pull works best with high quality soft and slippery materials such as Nylon filament. Here is the procedure:
- Remove the loaded filament from the nozzle
- Heat the nozzle to 255-275°C
- Push the cleaning filament as far as possible through the hotend. In standard plugging situations this step allows for removal.
- Allow the hot-end to cool to about 120°C and push the cleaning filament from the hot-end until it is released from the nozzle.
- Cut impurities from the cleaning filament and repeat steps 2 through 5 until the Cleaningfilament is smoothly extruded through the nozzle and removed without impurities. Usually 2 or 3 passes are needed.
