Made of fiberglass-reinforced rubber, which is resistant to chemicals, more wear-resistant and does not stretch under stress.
Padded with a nylon fabric that covers the belt compound and acts as both a wear-resistant surface (protecting the teeth) and an added grip.
A uniquely designed tooth profile distributes stresses throughout the belt, enabling it to withstand greater loads
Has a 25% higher power rating than previous Poly Chain GT2 belts
Quiet, compact and durable.
This model of Gates belts can work at speeds up to 10,000 rpm, with peripheral speeds up to 80 m/s (80,000mm/s).
No lubrication or retensioning is required, which allows for operational continuity during printing. The operating temperature ranges from -45°C (-49°F) to +135°C (+275°F), so it can be used without problems in the hot chamber of 3D printers.
