High-flow nickel-plated nozzle: the CHT BiMetal RepRap M6 Coated nozzle from Bondtech is a hardened copper and vanadium steel nozzle with nickel plating, ideal for high-flow applications and abrasive materials.
The use of this nozzle increases maximum volumetric flow by 50%.

Notes:
- For abrasive filaments (carbon and fiberglass), nozzles with a diameter of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm should be used.
- For filaments loaded with particles such as metal, wood, glitter, the 0.4 mm nozzle is suitable.
- The flow rate may vary depending on the material and print settings and is compatible with 1.75 and 2.85 mm filaments.
- The supplied nozzles are nickel coated, so they have a gray color.
CAUTION.
- Do not replace CHT nozzles when cold. Heat the block to 280°C, or at least above 250°C, before removing or tightening any Bondtech CHT nozzle. Use a maximum tightening torque of 1.0 Nm (recommended 0.5 Nm).
- For abrasive filaments loaded with carbon or glass fibers, use only 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm nozzles.
