High Temperature Heater Cartridges
Ideal for high temperature thermoplastics such as PEEK or PEI. These cartridges are designed for longevity at high temperatures while reducing heating time. Good alternative to most standard 3D printer heating cartridges that when they reach high temperatures tend to fail after short periods of operation. If you're printing high-temperature materials and need consistent reliable service without downtime due to heater failure, this is the heater you need.
Tear-proof
Cables exit at a 90° angle from the enclosure with an integrated welded stainless steel cable clamp and are equipped with connectors and extension cables suitable for the operating amperage of these cartridges.
Note that:
These heaters are capable of reaching temperatures that soften the aluminum block that comes standard with our heaters. These should only be used with a copper block. We also recommend pairing it with a plated copper and an X nozzle, as hardened steel nozzles will lose some hardness at these temperatures.
