Smart BTT's Filament Detection Module is a universal filament sensor for FDM 3D printers. Unlike most other sensors on the market, this not only detects when the filament is finished, but also when the nozzle is clogged or the filament is tangled.
This sensor works with all motherboards and TFT displays that have an interface for filament exhaustion sensors, e.g., Bigtreetech SKR MINI E3, SKR 1.4, SKR Pro 1.2, SKR 3, Octopus, Octopus Pro, TFT70, TFT50, and many others.

Notes
This module is to be powered from 3.3V to 5V, so higher voltages may damage the module.
Frequent and incorrect tightening of screws and pneumatic connectors can damage the case
Filament residue and dust can cause false alarms, so we recommend preventive cleaning maintenance
If using a touch mode on the display, the filament sensor must be connected to the display
