Stand-alone accelerometer using the LIS3DH digital MEMS motion sensor.
It is designed to be connected via SPI to Duet 2 and 3 motherboards with the supplied 1 m ribbon cable.
With the exception of the 1LC Toolboard (v1.1 and later), which has a built-in accelerometer, for all other Duet3D systems that do not use a toolboard, this small independent accelerometer can be used to meet calibration needs and likewise perform the 'Input shaping on RRF.
The acquired accelerometer readings can be used to fine-tune the resonance curve modeling parameters and thus avoid ringing artifacts.
Compatible RepRapFirmware versions: RRF 3.4.6 and 3.5beta4 or later.
