What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

The product comparison tool allows you to select up to 3 products at a time to compare. On the dedicated page you can compare the information and specifications of the selected products in a side-by-side format, simplifying the identification of similarities and differences between products.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Just enter the store product code (reference - SKU), title, variant and quantity required. Click on "add to cart" and you will be ready to complete the purchase.

Alternatively, you can upload the product list (BOM): upload an Excel, CSV or tab-delimited file, with the title or product code and the desired quantity. You will find the example file on the dedicated page.

Description
This is a daughter board designed specifically for the control boards Duet3D, this expansion allows two thermocouples to be connected.

The thermocouple expansion is compatible with all Duet 2 and Duet 3 main boards, as well as the 3HC expansion.

This board is based on the MAX31856, so several thermocouple types (K, J, N, R, S, T, E and B) are supported.

Thanks to the MAX31856 module, a digital signal is obtained from the analog signal of thermocouples. Here it is possible to control temperature on Duet boards even through very precise probes with a wider temperature range than normal thermistors.

For example, Duet2 Wifi and Duet2 Ethernet support up to two temperature probe expansions stacked on top of each other, with two additional ones installed on a Duex2 or Duex5 expansion board. Here, with 4 expansions, a total of 8 thermocouples are supported.
Expansions for thermocouples and PT100 temperature sensors can be combined and matched with each other on the same motherboard.
