LOYALTY PROGRAM
DHM Points are earned by purchasing products within our platform. If you have enabled the DHM affiliate program you can also earn points through this service, dhm-affiliate
Earning Points DHM varies depending on the product selected. You can see the value of the individual product within the product tab.
Note: You cannot earn DHM Points from discounted products.
You can see how many Points DHM you earn from an order once inside the Shopping Cart. After you open the cart, under the "Summary" section you can see the total points generated by the products you are purchasing.
The value of DHM Points varies depending on the type of Account (Private, Business, MEPA) and the product you wish to purchase. Visit the dedicated section within your My DHM account "Loyalty Program" to learn about the specifics for you.
Note: Discounted products are excluded from the Points DHM count.
To see information about your Points DHM access the "Loyalty Program" section found within your My Account DHM. Once the page opens, select "My Points DHM". Within this section you will find:
- All the information related to the operation of your Points earning and conversion plan DHM;
- The table with your points balance, total, already converted, paid, available and pending validation;
- The function to convert DHM Points to vouchers;
- The available vouchers.
To see information about your Points DHM access the "Loyalty Program" section found within your My Account DHM. Once the page opens, select the "Points History DHM" item. Within this section you will find a table with the specifics of your Points DHM:
- the event that generated them;
- the date and time of validation;
- the reward, i.e., the Points you have earned;
- their status: Awaiting validation activation, Available, Cancelled, Already converted;
- the duration of their validity.
To see information about your Points DHM access the "Loyalty Program" section found within your My Account DHM. Once the page opens, select the "Voucher History" item. Within this section you will find a table with the specifics of your Vouchers:
- the date and time of validation;
- the code;
- its status: Available, Used in order x, Expired, Cancelled;
- its description;
- its value;
- the minimum cart value with which it can be used;
- the duration of its validity.
You can use the DHM Points you accumulate as vouchers: once you reach the minimum conversion threshold you can convert your DHM Points into vouchers that you can use within our platform dhm-online.com.
You can find out the minimum conversion threshold through the "Loyalty Program" section found within your My DHM account .
You can start converting your DHM Points after placing 1 order within our platform.
To convert your DHM Points into vouchers you need to open the "Loyalty Program" section found within your My Account DHM. Under "My Points DHM" you can find all the information related to the plan dedicated to your account, so the total of your points, their conversion rate (Points DHM/€), their validity and the minimum value in order to convert them into vouchers.
DHM Points are validated when the order that generated them has been Paid and shipped, and Delivered. You can see the status of your DHM Points within the "Loyalty Program" section found inside your My DHM account .
Yes, the points DHM are canceled in case the order that generated the Points is canceled and/or refunded.
Points DHM have an expiration of 365 days from the date of their creation, in case they are not used within this time frame, they will be cancelled. You can see the specifics of your DHM Points within the "Loyalty Program" section found inside your My DHM account .
Yes, vouchers, once created, have an expiration of 90 days, at the end of which time, the vouchers will be cancelled. You can see the specifics of your vouchers within the "Loyalty Program" section found inside your My DHM account .
No, since DHM Points and vouchers are personal and tied to the account earning them, they cannot be shared with other Accounts.
