When you select the delivery method, orders for stock items are shipped the same day or next business day, based on the cut-off times below. Items that are moved from other warehouses may require longer delivery times.
The deadline for same-day order fulfillment is: 11.00.
In-stock items ordered before this time will be shipped the same day payment is received for the order.
The times indicated above are not valid for orders with material cut to size. They may also not be respected depending on the workload. Priority is given to orders received in a temporal sense and to orders with express shipping.

For orders over € 299 (VAT included), delivery by SDA express courier is free.
For orders of lesser amount the shipping costs by express courier are € 8.90 (VAT included).

The courier does not deliver on holidays. In some areas of Italy, delivery can also take place on Saturdays.

- Choose the payment method you prefer
- Complete your order by paying conveniently online and securely
- You will receive an e-mail containing the time and date for collection as soon as the material is ready

In order to ensure a safe and efficient service, we comply with the health regulations imposed during this health crisis.
When you come to collect your order wear a mask!
Items purchased in back-order, or in another warehouse other than the main one, are identified as "Pre-order Item" or similar wording. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock. All information relating to stock availability, incoming items and delivery times by the manufacturer are indicated in the product sheet and in the cart during check-out.
If an order sent contains one or more items of this type, a single shipment will be made as soon as everything is available.
In the event that the ordered goods are not available because the supplier does not comply with their contractual obligations, we reserve the right to withdraw from the order. In this case we will inform you immediately.
Exceptional situations may arise in which it will not be possible to dispatch the goods with the chosen shipping service. In this case the choice of the courier is at the seller's discretion.
Delays
The couriers to whom we entrust the packages undertake to make the delivery as soon as possible, respecting the times indicated above.
However, please understand that, usually due to weather conditions or traffic conditions, unfortunately delivery delays can occur.
This does not depend on our will. We will try to support you in the best possible way, so that, in the event of delays, the situation is cleared as soon as possible.
However, we cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to facts of third parties or due to force majeure.
In case of need, please contact our customer service immediately.
Non-delivery due to absence of recipient
If the package returns to our office due to unavailability of the recipient, despite the double delivery attempt, you will be charged for the costs of storage and return of the package (for a sum of € 15.00).
We therefore ask you to monitor the tracking code and contact us immediately if necessary.
Compass DHM projects has its headquarters and warehouse in Italy. Therefore, for shipments within the national territory, and within the European Union, VAT is included in the total amount. Due to the free movement of goods, there are no additional taxes and surcharges.
Attention: territories subject to special regimes, such as Helgoland or the Canary Islands, are excluded. In these areas, customs duties and taxes may apply.

Packaging is very important to our company!

Padded envelopes are used for small goods.
For bulky items, cardboard boxes or tubes made specifically for greater resistance and protection are used.
In this way we try to reduce transport costs and avoid unnecessary waste and excessive waste.
Our packaging consists of recycled paper and cardboard to reduce the impact on the environment.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
Safeguarding the environment is a topic we care about. The adoption of sustainable solutions is therefore essential.
Our packs have the following characteristics:

And we also use eco-sustainable packaging.
Our imperative is given by the 3R + 1: REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE and RENEW.
How do you properly dispose of the packaging of my package?
The air cushions and the plastic packaging contained in the boxes, as well as the bags, can be disposed of in the separate collection in the container dedicated to plastic, in order to be recycled.
Polyethylene is a source of energy for waste-to-energy plants because its calorific value is even higher than that of oil.
The boxes, on the other hand, made of recyclable and sturdy cardboard can be reused several times. At the end of their life they can be disposed of in the separate paper and cardboard collection.
