Shipping information note
Exceptional situations may arise in which it will not be possible to dispatch the goods with the chosen shipping service. In this case the choice of the courier is at the seller's discretion.
Delays
The couriers to whom we entrust the packages undertake to make the delivery as soon as possible, respecting the times indicated above.
However, please understand that, usually due to weather conditions or traffic conditions, unfortunately delivery delays can occur.
This does not depend on our will. We will try to support you in the best possible way, so that, in the event of delays, the situation is cleared as soon as possible.
However, we cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to facts of third parties or due to force majeure.
In case of need, please contact our customer service immediately.
Non-delivery due to absence of recipient
If the package returns to our office due to unavailability of the recipient, despite the double delivery attempt, you will be charged for the costs of storage and return of the package (for a sum of € 15.00).
We therefore ask you to monitor the tracking code and contact us immediately if necessary.
