LGX? Shortcut Copperhead? is a special hotend for use with LGX? eXtruder.
With LGX? you form a printhead that excels at printing ALL common materials and especially soft, flexible materials.
This LGX? add-on only supports 1.75 mm filaments.
Each hotend LGX? Shortcut Copperhead? hotend comes with:
? 1x black anodized aluminum heat sink LGX?
? 1x air-cooled black anodized aluminum cooling block LGX?
? 1x air cooled cold block mounting hardware LGX?
? 1x Copperhead? LGX? Heat Break
? 1x Hot Block Copperhead ?
? 1x nozzle Bondtech M6x1x7.5 brass coated 0.4mm ?
1x sachet of silver based thermal paste 0.5g
Designed to be flexible
The LGX?
Shortcut Copperhead? includes a reversible heat sink that can be installed on the left or right side of the cold block. The heat sink also includes a hole pattern for attaching 40×40 fans.
Cooling the heat break
Our tests suggest that one 4010 fan is sufficient to cool the cold block and the cold zone of the heat break, even with such a small contact area with the heat sink.
In case you have an application where additional cooling is required, try using a 4020 fan or 2 LGX heatsinks, one on each side.
