PPGF Adhesive - Magigoo

Magigoo: the adhesive for 3D printing.
Magigoo PPGF is designed to work with PPGF (Polypropylene + Glass Fiber) filaments.
This adhesive for professional use ensures the adhesion of prints to the heated printing surface, and the ease of removal of the same, once cooled. This unique and innovative mechanism does not require tools to remove the prints. They come off when the platen cools.

Why Magigoo PPGF:
MAGIGOO® - Polypropylene with Glass Fibers, acts as a thermally activated interfacial layer, allowing for better interactions, even at the molecular level, between the print plane and the print materials. It is generally recommended to print according to the printing temperatures recommended by the filament supplier. Printing conditions vary from one printer to another.

To find the best temperature you could start with the minimum recommended settings and increase the platen temperature in 5°C increments. This should be done with standard test prints.

An additional advantage of MAGIGOO® - PPGF, being thermally activated, is that it will release the print after cooling. Again, different printers, print surfaces or filaments will have slightly different release conditions but, in general, a temperature reduction of 30-40 °C will be sufficient to remove the prints without any effort.

Better and more reliable performance is achieved by applying a thin layer. This means that cleaning and reapplying between prints is recommended especially on longer or difficult to print prints with some materials.
