What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Just enter the store product code (reference - SKU), title, variant and quantity required. Click on "add to cart" and you will be ready to complete the purchase.

Description
TMC2208 is an extremely quiet driver motor for two-phase stepper motors.
The continuous drive current is 1.2A and the peak drive current is 2A.
Compared with the previous model, the TMC2100, this driver has been expanded with the new StealthChop2 mode. This driver enables smoother and quieter movements.
The TMC2208 V3.0 model is also available in UART mode.
Alternatively, it is possible to make the TMC2208 V3.0 STEP/DIR model in UART mode by soldering the J2 position according to your needs.

Advantages of UART mode:
- Motor current can be set arbitrarily by the firmware
- Microsteps can be set arbitrarily by the firmware (up to 256 step effective)
- The actual and interpolated microsteps can be combined to obtain the maximum torque
- maximum torque.
- The firmware can dynamically switch stepper motors between stealthChop2 and spreadCycle modes via UART.
- When the motor is not in motion, the standby current of the motor can be dynamically reduced (via UART).
