XL-500 is an ultra-compact Bluetooth spectroradiometer based on disruptive digital-nano convergence technology.
It is easy and convenient to use as a portable device or as a spectrum recorder with free Android/iOS App.
It has an internal memory and long lasting rechargeable battery. XL-500 is individually calibrated and provides device-to-device repeatability. The features and performance are comparable to conventional professional equipment.
What is a spectroradiometer?
A spectroradiometer is an instrument dedicated to the measurement of absolute radiometric quantities in narrow wavelength bands. Specifically, although there are many radiometric quantities, those that are of most interest in the field of environmental research, and plant physiology, are the irradiance of incident light, as well as reflectance and transmittance.
