- Description
Package contains: 1 x PPS GF Ø 1.75mm - 750gr -. TreeD Filaments
PPS GF filament from Treed Filaments is ideal for applications in the marine industry. It is PPS-based filament loaded with glass fiber.
Specifically, it consists of a natural PPS base with 25% glass fiber added.
It is characterized by very high resistance to chemical attack. PPS GF filament is lightweight, yet rigid at the same time. A performance filament that complies with ISO standards.
Key features:
- Tensile strength (126 mpa)
- Charpy impact resistance (30 kj/sq m)
- Modulus of elasticity gpa 11
- Easy to Print
- Plate Temp 90-100°C
- Recommended printing temperature 310-340°C
- Temp. Of use (max 200h) 240°C
- Temp. Of continuous use 220°C
- Printing speed 30-40 mm/sec
In general, filaments made with PPSGF can be processed on conventional 3D printers with FDM / FFF technology.
To achieve the desired results, it is recommended to pre-dry the filaments at 100°C for 3 hours. Increase the drying time if the spools have a weight of 1kg.
Do not leave the filament stuck in the printer nozzle for more than 20 minutes. If the temperature drops below 280°C, we recommend stopping thermal control.
Note: The suggested printing sets represent only a general-purpose manufacturer's recommendation. Each printer needs a specific set, such as nozzle temperature, bed temperature, etc.
