This is the latest version of the PCB Tool-Head for Voron Afterburner (V3.rabbit), also known as the ERCF version, which includes connections for the EnragedRabbitProject multi-material power supply (https://github.com/EtteGit/EnragedRabbitProject).
Also on the back are jumpers to select 24v or 5v for fans and probes.
The jumpers for fans and probes are set to 24v by default; if a different voltage is desired, it is necessary to cut the trace and solder the other side. Apart from these changes, the board supports all the functions of the HartK Tool-Head board from the V3.2 "standard" version.
Only the PCB with pre-assembled SMD components is provided.
The board design includes:
- A BAT85 diode for the ABL probe.
- An LED indicator to show when thehotend is active
- Several JST XH 2/3/4 pin connectors for most tool head components
- One 2-pin Microfit 3.0 for the heater (including the counterpart connector of the fitting)
- An additional 2-pin Microfit 3.0 and a 3-pin JST XH connector to support the ERCF multi-material feeder
- One 0805-pkg thermistor (chamber temperature sensor)
- A 14-pin Microfit 3.0 for the main wiring to the MCU (including the counterpart connector).
The board is designed to simplify the wiring ofhot end. As a result, it helps reduce the amount of crimp contacts needed and clean up the wiring.
The board is X endstop ready, making it compatible with Voron V1, V2 and Switchwire.
