Main Features:
- Super wear resistance
- Constructed with tungsten carbide
- High temperature performance
- Low friction
- Uniform temperature
Details:
Using ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide, the world's leading material for its hardness (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)).
No wear of the nozzle, especially of the exit hole.
Super strength ensures long term consistent prints.
High temperature performance | Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.
Low thrust force | Tungsten carbide nozzle with higher purity than 99.98% and high thermal performance maintains a uniform temperature of the nozzle tip during printing, thus ensuring stable extrusion.
Faster | Thanks to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the printing speed can be pushed even further without sacrificing quality. The unique duct inside the nozzle improves the flow rate to the exit hole.
Low friction | After adding a layer of hard, smooth nickel plating the entire nozzle is coated with DLC. This results in a low surface friction coefficient of approximately 0.05. This prevents the molten plastic from sticking to the nozzle.
DLC coating
Coating thickness 2.0μm, no effect on dimension accuracy;
Stable chemical properties, non-toxic, non-corrosive and insoluble in other solvents.
