A new model in the Revo category of e3D nozzles: Revo High Flow.
Outstanding results are achieved withthese nozzles, thanks to an improved internal nozzle geometry.
Key features:
- Ease of installation: Each Revo Nozzle consists of a nozzle and HeatBreak pre-assembled in one unit, so there is no risk of hot-tightening or wrong assembly. It takes only about 30 seconds to change the nozzle.
- Higher Flow: Revo™ High Flow increases the volumetric flow rate of your setup, allowing you to print faster!
- Different Hole Sizes: in addition to the 0.4 mm, 0.60 mm and 0.80 mm models, 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm and 1.40 mm versions are also available.
- Interchangeability: By including the range of standard Revo™ nozzles, which are interchangeable, Revo enables a wide range of printing applications with nozzles from 0.15 mm up to 1.40 mm!
- Quick Identification: Thanks to the color-coded silicone sock, nozzle sizes can be identified at first glance. In addition, each nozzle Revo has the initials "HF" and dimensions engraved with easy-to-read numbers.
- High volumetric flow: up to 55mm3/s with standard filaments (check e3D's flow test documentation for details). With specific HTPLA, PLA³ filaments or other materials designed for high flow, the maximum volumetric flow rate that can be achieved with Revo™ High flow is even higher!
How does Revo High Flow from e3D work?
Unlike previous Hotend E3D High Flow (Volcano and SuperVolcano), Revo™ High Flow maintains the same form factor as standard HotEnds Revo.
Therefore, there is no need to adapt pre-existing fan mount and duct configurations!
Revo™ High Flow uses a unique custom internal geometry to increase surface area and improve heat transfer to the filament.
Note:Revo High Flow nozzles can be used with 40-watt HeaterCore to maximize flow rate even with standard materials.
Guidelines for cleaning the Revo™ nozzles.
The procedures used to clean V6 nozzles can also be used with Revo nozzles. However, there are some slight differences in the recommended approaches depending on the material and type of nozzle Revo.
Caution. When removing or inserting nozzles, tools such as wrenches or pliers should not be used.
Recommended cleaning methods:
- Nylon cleaning filament (internal cleaning method)
- Warm pull (internal cleaning method)
- Cold pull (internal cleaning method)
- Brass brush (external cleaning method)
Not recommended cleaning methods
- Needle (internal cleaning method)
- Steel wire brushes (external cleaning method)
- Steel wire brushes (external cleaning methods)
- Blowtorch (internal/external cleaning method)
Package contains: 1 x Revo™ High Flow Nozzle
