e3D's Revo Belt nozzles are specially designed for belt printing.
In fact, they allow for easier 45-degree printing.
Thanks to e3D's Revo technology, nozzles can be replaced in less than 60 seconds, without the need for tools or hot clamping.
The Revo Belt nozzles are available in three different sizes: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm.
With the ability to easily swap nozzles, you can set your 3D printer to ultra-fine or ultra-thick extrusion widths in no time. You can print large objects in less time or tiny objects at high resolution.
Each Revo nozzle features the actual nozzle and HeatBreak pre-assembled into a single unit. Therefore, there is no need for hot clamping, and there is no risk of incorrect assembly.
Moreover, thanks to the presence of a colored silicone band, different diameters can be quickly identified. Each nozzle Revo also has its size engraved with easy-to-read numbers for quick recognition.
Note:
- Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6 type heater blocks.
- You may need to adjust theoffset Z when changing nozzles.
