BIGTREETECH Pad 7 is a 7-inch IPS touchscreen tablet designed specifically by Bigtreetech in collaboration with Klipper for 3D printing enthusiasts. It comes with Klipper and KlipperScreen preinstalled and features a high-quality 7-inch IPS touchscreen. Moreover, it is not only a Klipper screen but also a mini-computer. The built-in CB1 core board can be detached, you can replace it with CM4 and turn it into a mini-computer.

The screen is compatible with almost all FDM 3d printers. It is also compatible with BIGTREETECH SKR motherboards, Octopus, EBB and so on.
It is equipped with an ADXL345 accelerometer, thus helps to greatly improve printing speed and quality, enabling faster, more accurate and more reliable 3d printing.
The Pad 7 screen is easy to use as it has the built-in and replaceable CB1 central board. BTT includes the CB1 operating system image, source code and other files, so you can modify the code and install it on your 3D printer. You can, alternatively, replace the CB1 with the CM4 and upgrade it to Linux so that it can become a mini-computer.
The screen supports various interfaces such as USB 2.0, Ethernet, CAN and SPI and comes with a 32 GB SanDisk memory card for storage.

Precautions
Do not attempt to hot-swap the TF card. Make sure it is inserted correctly before turning on the device.
Customers are advised not to disassemble the device as they may be unfamiliar with the internal structure, which may result in internal circuit failures. Any problems caused by disassembly are not covered by warranty.
If it is necessary to replace the core board, follow the replacement procedure in the manual.
When wiring the SPI interface to the expansion module, pay close attention to the silkscreening to avoid short circuits.
