GT2 toothed pulley, with 2mm pitch teeth, suitable for use with either nylon-reinforced neoprene or steel-reinforced polyurethane GT2 timing belt to be chosen according to end use.
Made entirely of aluminum: black anodized color.
The diameter of the internal hole is 5 mm. Born equipped with a double flange, the height between the two flanges is about 7 mm. Therefore, the use of a 6 mm high belt is recommended.
For optimum performance one should always have at least 6 teeth gripping the belt. Having 80 teeth such a pulley reduces backlash due to acceleration and changes of direction ensuring good resolution when used on automation systems such as 3D printers and small CNC systems.
We recommend keeping pulleys in optimal condition at all times by performing routine maintenance. Eliminate vibration and noise for a better printing experience.
Attaches with steel headless screws (grub screws) included in the package.
