What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Just enter the store product code (reference - SKU), title, variant and quantity required. Click on "add to cart" and you will be ready to complete the purchase.

Description
GT2 toothed pulley, with 2-millimeter pitch teeth, suitable for use with nylon-reinforced neoprene or steel-reinforced polyurethane GT2 timing belt to be chosen according to end use.

Made entirely of aluminum. Internal hole diameter is 6.35 mm. Born equipped with a double flange, the height between the two flanges is about 13 mm, so it is recommended to use a 12 mm high strap or smaller.

For optimum performance, it is recommended that at least 6 teeth of the pulley are always gripping the belt. With its 20 teeth, this pulley maintains a high torque on the mounting shaft due to its compact diameter. Although small in size, it ensures satisfactory resolution for applications such as 3D printers and small CNC systems.

It can be attached using headless screws (grub screws), provided in the package for easy installation.
