What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

Gates Powergrip pulleys are characterized by excellent precision.

GT2 toothed pulley, with teeth pitch 2 mm, suitable for use with GT2 toothed belt in neoprene reinforced with nylon or polyurethane reinforced with steel to be chosen according to the type of end use. Made entirely of aluminum. The diameter of the internal hole is 5 mm. It is equipped with a double flange, the height between the two flanges is about 6 mm, so it is recommended to use a belt 6 mm high or smaller.

For an optimal performance ideally you should always have at least 6 teeth in grip on the belt. Having 60 teeth this pulley reduces the recoil due to acceleration and changes of direction ensuring a good resolution in case of use on automation systems such as 3D printers and small CNC systems.
