Prusa Mini extruder upgrade to support the Internal Filament Sensor function.
This is a set of plastic parts to upgrade the previous "Upgrade Kit for Prusa Mini" to make it compatible with the IFS (Internal Filament Sensor) function.
Filament Sensor
It will modify the front housing of the previous version of the Prusa Mini extruder so that the new filament sensor for Prusa Mini/+ can be mounted inside. The IFS extruder for Prusa Mini can be used without the filament sensor. With a simple procedure, it will be easy to upgrade it later to mount the Prusa filament sensor inside.

Compatible with filament sensor
The Bondtech IFS extruder for Prusa Mini can incorporate the new Prusa filament sensor for Mini or Mini+ into its front housing. The extruder can be used with or without the filament sensor.
Use this set of parts to make your original Prusa Mini extruder compatible with IFS.
Front housing plug
The front housing of the IFS extruder for Prusa Mini includes a plug that is only a placeholder for the steel ball of the filament sensor and allows you to use the extruder without a filament sensor. If you wish to use the IFS extruder for Prusa Mini with the Prusa filament sensor, remove the cap and follow the guide to install all necessary accessories.
Design from the community
The original Bondtech extruder for the Prusa Mini was designed by Olof Ogland. This new IFS version was developed by Vecko Kojchevski based on Olof's work. It is based on the proven BMG (Bondtech Mini Geared) and adapted to the original Prusa Mini design.
