This extruder upgrade kit for the Makerbot Replicator 2X dual-nozzle printer will replace the original extruder.
It allows for more reliable printing with all types of filaments, both rigid and flexible, and the Dual-Drive system ensures that the extruder never loses its grip on the filament.
The original motors are used and the PTFE tube is held securely in place with a 6mm plug-in connector for added reliability.
Installs in about an hour with standard tools available.
This block has a 6.00mm seal. Please verify that your throat pipe fits before placing your order.
You can adjust the nozzle height without removing the motors, just loosen the retaining screw from the left and right side of the block.
