Upgrade Kit for Wanhao D6
This extruder upgrade kit for the Wanhao Duplicator 6 / Monoprice 6 will replace the original power supply.
It includes the BMG extruder It
allows for more reliable printing with all types of filaments, both rigid and flexible, and the Dual-Drive system ensures that the extruder never loses grip on the filament.
The original motor is used and the PTFE feed tube is held securely in place with a 4mm plug-in connector for added reliability.

E-Steps
upgrade required E-Steps must be upgraded to 415 and to prevent the printhead from colliding with the rear frame the maximum movement must be reduced to 190 mm in the Y-direction.
Troubleshooting and Installation
On some printers the print head has trouble reaching the limit switch before the front of the extruder collides with the frame, to solve this problem a sliding on the x-shaft is included that activates the limit switch before impact.
